Whoa.
A pair of kayakers were treated to the surprise of their lives last weekend when a pair of whales breached just yards from their boat, off the coast of New South Wales, Australia.
Dylan Garft and Ben Gordon had only just turned on their GoPro, they told Australia's local 9news, when the massive creatures turned up out of the water near them.
"Omigod, I filmed it," Garft says in the video, after whales send the kayak rocking. "Holy shit!"
At least the whale didn't land directly on top of them, as was the case last month when a humpback whale nearly crushed two kayakers in California.
These are the tourist moments you just can't plan.
